Thank you for shopping with MediForm™. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase products from medi-form.com.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to notify you by email.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected, the destination address, carrier availability, and order volume.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated at checkout. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.

4. Domestic Shipping

MediForm™ currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Available carriers and services may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.

5. International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary.

If international shipping is offered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or local delivery charges required by the destination country.

MediForm™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier delays.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after the shipping label is created.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

MediForm™ is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building office, or the carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at info@medi-form.com and we will review the issue.

MediForm™ is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to help you with the carrier process where possible.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@medi-form.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged package

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and provide the next steps.

10. Pre-Orders and Backordered Items

If an item is listed as a pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping timeframe will be provided on the product page or during checkout when available.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship the order together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

11. Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or fulfillment requirements.

If your order ships in separate packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

12. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot be shipped to the provided address or that violate applicable shipping restrictions, carrier rules, or legal requirements.
