MediForm™ was created in Texas with a simple goal: to make medicalwear that feels as professional as the people who wear it.

From our base in Carrollton, we design scrubs and clinical apparel for healthcare professionals who spend long days moving, standing, helping, and caring for others. Our focus is comfort, fit, durability, and a polished look that works across clinics, private practices, hospitals, dental offices, veterinary teams, and wellness spaces.
